The video shows security officers inside the grounds of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences’ women’s dormitory. They threaten to shut the doors and people are seen fleeing outside. The poster claims that security officers entered the grounds via an ambulance.
Ambulances have been used since the beginning of the 2022 protests to transport personnel discretely and to arrest protestors. This is not a new practice and was utilised during the November 2019 crackdown. However, video evidence shows its nationwide spread.
